An open inverse optical microscope with a DCM 300 Digital Camera (3.0M pixel) allows images and videos of microscopic structures (maximal magnification 32-fold) to be taken. The setup can be combined with a Helmholtz coil to create a homogeneous or gradient magnetic field on the sample.
