For characterisation of our particles and for measurements of large, branched and/or sensitive polymers we can use a Field-Flow-Fractionation with the Dark4-MALS with 8 angels from Consenxus by default. The AF4 system standardly runs with water but it is possible to measure with organic solvents like THF.

If necessary we could combine the AF4- as well as the SEC-system with each of the three detectors. So we have the possibility to determine e.g. the radius of gyration, the absolute molecular weight and the structure of polymers and nanoparticles.
