The Imego DynoMag-System measures the complex magnetic susceptibility of solids and liquids with an excitation flux of 0.5 mT in the frequency range between 1 Hz - 250 kHz. The method delivers information  on magnetic relaxation times and mechanisms. From the data the hydrodynamic radius, the size distribution and the local viscosity of magnetic dispersions can be determined for soft magnetic matter.
